What is the Flexski service?
Flexski offers flexibility in ski rental. You can modify your reservation with ease:
- Adding or removing ski rental equipment: You can add or remove ski equipment while maintaining the discount rate* on already reserved equipment.
- Modifying dates and/or the resort: You have the option to change the rental dates and/or resort without losing your deposit up to 24 hours before the start of the rental.
- Refund in case of early departure: If you need to leave early, we refund the last rental day if the equipment is returned the day before the last day of skiing (for reservations longer than 3 days), excluding insurance, guarantees, and reservation fees.
*Discount rate is only maintained on the packages from the initial reservation. Packages added during a reservation modification will be affected by the change in the online discount rate and/or the expiration of a promotional code.

Each service is chargeable and can be added during the checkout process on our website at the rates in effect at that time (which vary depending on the store and the season).
Reservation modification: Removal or addition of packages is possible while maintaining the discount rate on already reserved packages.

Refund for the last day of rental (for reservations longer than three days): In case of early departure, if the equipment is returned before 10 a.m. on the day before the last day of skiing, you can request a refund, excluding insurance and reservation fees.
