Tignes, perched at a high altitude, often opens its slopes as early as November, offering ski enthusiasts early access to exceptional conditions. This resort, neighboring Val d'Isère, provides an expansive playground, ideal for adventure-hungry skiers and snowboarders. 
Similarly, Val Thorens, the highest ski resort in Europe, stands out by opening its doors early in the season, usually by mid-November. Thanks to its privileged altitude, Val Thorens guarantees optimal snow cover, allowing skiers to hit the slopes well before winter officially begins.
