Alma

Payment in 2, 3, or 4 installments:

2x Alma: first immediate withdrawal followed by one installment over the next month.

3x Alma: first immediate withdrawal followed by two installments over the next 2 months. 4x Alma: first immediate withdrawal followed by three installments over the next 3 months.

 

Payment by Credit Card

This is the most commonly used payment method. Payment is made online at the time of order via a credit card (Mastercard, Visa, CB). During the transaction, please provide your credit card number, its expiration date, and the three-digit security code located on the back of the card.

How does credit card payment work?

On Freeride, when validating your ski rental, at the payment step, you simply need to:

  • Choose between paying a deposit (30%) or the total amount,
  • Select "credit card",
  • Enter your bank details,
  • Validate.

To ensure the security of your data, you may be required to provide a 3D Secure validation code, which may vary depending on your bank's requirements: it could be your date of birth, a code sent to your phone, or an alert on your banking app.

 

Payment by Alma in 3 or 4 Installments

Opt for an installment payment for your ski rental in 3 or 4 installments with Alma. This option is exclusively offered to individuals (legal adults) holding a credit card Visa, MasterCard, or Amex with an expiration date beyond the chosen installment period.

How does payment by Alma in 3 or 4 installments work?

When finalizing your ski reservation, at the payment step, you will need to choose between paying a deposit (30%) or the total amount. If you wish to pay in 3 or 4 installments, the amount paid online must be a minimum of 100€.

Then, you simply need to select “Payment in 3x” or “Payment in 4x” and validate. You will then be redirected to the webpage of our partner Alma where you will find your personalized financing request, which you must then validate.

You enter your personal and bank details, review the general terms of the installment payment you are about to subscribe to, then click “Pay”. You acknowledge that this "click" constitutes consent to contract and an irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the general terms of the product.

The security of payments is ensured by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.

Alma is a payment management provider and issues an electronic certificate which will be proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 and following of the civil code.

Following your payment, you will receive an email from Alma confirming your transaction and detailing the various amounts already debited or to be debited. An email will also be sent before each installment, reminding you of the relevant amount.

You can pay for your order on our online store in 3 or 4 installments by credit card under the following conditions:

  • An initial payment, representing one-third or one-quarter of the order, is debited at the time of order validation.
  • Payment in 3 installments is available for purchases ranging from 100€ to 2000€.
    • Example: For a purchase of 150€, an initial payment of 52.49€ followed by 2 installments of 50€. The credit is spread over 2 months. Financing cost: 2.49€.
  • Payment in 4 installments is available for purchases ranging from 100€ to 2000€.
    • Example: For a purchase of 400€, an initial payment of 103.71€ followed by 3 installments of 100€. The credit is spread over 3 months. Financing cost: 3.71€.
  • In both cases, the subsequent installments, corresponding to one-third or one-quarter of the order, are debited 30, 60, and 90 days after the purchase date.

 

Free Cancellation Freeride

FREERIDE offers its Clients free cancellation of their ski reservation without losing the deposit up to 24 hours before the first day of ski rental.

For any cancellation request made after the withdrawal period and before the scheduled collection date of the reserved equipment, FREERIDE retains the administration fees and insurance fees as compensation.

FREERIDE will refund the Client the total amount including VAT paid online, at the time of booking made on the Site, within a maximum of 30 days by crediting the bank account used during the online reservation.

FREERIDE refuses any refund on a payment method other than the one used during the reservation.
